3. Task 工作任务
The customer would like to have a homogeneous product with a particle size < 10 μm. Initial particle size is 100 μm.
客户要求制成粒径大小< 10μm的匀质产品。产品的初始粒子大小是100μm。
4. Motivation 目标
By reducing the particle size it is possible to make a thinner layer of nail polish with a much better quality and opacity at the same time. The durability of the product increase as well with a thinner layer. Particles can be saved which leads to a cost reduction.
通过降低颗粒的粒径,使较薄的指甲油也能拥有更好的质量、不透明度及更好的耐久度。可以节省颜料用量,从而降低成本。
5. Solution 解决措施
方法一:卧式砂磨机
SL5-C: The product (300 ml) was filled into the 1l supply container of the SL5-C. The DISPERMAT® SL5-C runs 60 min in circulation mode with a speed of 3040 rpm (= 8 m/s). The bead size was 0.4 – 0.6 mm (ZrO2 beads) with a filling ratio of 80% (=40 ml).
将300mL产品装进SL5-C配备的1L容器里。DISPERMAT®SL5-C 在循环模式下运行60分钟且转速为3040 rpm(相当于线速度为 8 m / s)。研磨珠的粒径为0.4 - 0.6 mm (氧化锆珠)且填充率为80% (= 40ml)。
方法二:篮式砂磨机
CV3 Plus + TML0.5: Here, the product (428 ml) was filled into a 0.5 l double walled container and was grinded 60 min with the TML system at 3250 rpm (= 8 m/s). There were 0.4 – 0.6 mm ZrO2-beads used with a filling ratio of 70% (= 28 ml). A 40 mm dissolver disc supports the product flow.
将428mL产品倒进0.5L的水浴双壁杯内,并在3250 rpm (相当于线速度为8 m/s)转速下用TML研磨系统研磨60分钟。其中研磨系统装有0.4 - 0.6mm 氧化锆研磨珠且填充率为70% (= 28 ml)。根据此产品的流动情况配合使用40mm研磨盘。

10. Conclusion 结论
在此案例中,可得出:
1.用篮式砂磨机研磨60分钟后,物料细度可由100μm下降到小于4μm,而用
卧式砂磨机只能下降到小于10μm,可见,在研磨相同时间和物料的情况下,篮式砂磨机比卧式砂磨机研磨效率更高。
2.篮式砂磨机比卧式砂磨机更能有效地控制研磨所产生的热量,保持低温。
